Pricing questions
- What happens if I exceed my tier?
- You stay active; the portal offers the next tier. No data is blocked — you simply cannot add students beyond the limit.
- Can I move from Gestion (or Talaqqi) to the Complete bundle?
- Yes, anytime from your account. Stripe prorates the change and the second product is activated as soon as it is confirmed.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, anytime. Your access stays open until the end of the paid period and your data is kept.
- Do my students' payments go through you?
- No. Tuition is collected by your institute, with your own payment methods, inside your management platform. We only bill the subscription.
